Instruction on On-line Registration
Please read this instruction carefully before registration to ensure that your registration will be correct, effective and successful.
Login 1¡¢Choose the student type that you apply: Student types include the following six----candidates for bachelor's, master and doctoral degrees, general, advanced and short-term students, and please choose the type under your own conditions; 2¡¢Input your login e-mail address: The login e-mail address would be the main channel for us to contact you, so please make it correct and always check your e-mail after you log in. We may inform you of registration through e-mail at any time. Besides, your login e-mail will be the only way for you to log in the system in the future; 3¡¢Set your password: In order to use the registration system safely in the future, you should set your password correctly, which could consist of numbers, capital and lowercase English letters; Verification code: In order to prevent flood, after your correct personal information, correct verification code needs to be input to finish login.
Registration: First: Finish the application form 1¡¢Only Chinese and English are accepted in the application form at present, so please do not use other languages, or your registration process would be affected; 2¡¢Please follow the yyyy-mm-dd format to fill in dates, for example: 06 Nov 2007 should be written as 2007-11-06; 3¡¢Fill in all items of the form honestly, and to prevent repeated submission, the correct verification code needs to be entered to finish submitting it. Submit relevant application materials according to the requirements of different registration categories.
Second: Upload copy of passport Click "upload copy of passport" on the left, file type uses *.jpg or *.gif, and use letters or Chinese Pinyin to name the file. For example, copy of passport could be named huzhao.jpg or passport.jpg. The uploaded file will appear on the web page, and can be deleted or re-uploaded.
Third: Upload your last academic certification Click "upload your last academic certification" on the left, file type uses *.jpg, *gif or*pdf, and use letters or Chinese Pinyin to name the file, such as xueli.jpg or academic.jpg. The uploaded file will appear on the web page, and can be deleted or re-uploaded.
Forth: Upload your academic record Click "upload your academic record" on the left, file type uses *.doc/*.xls/*.pdf/*.jpg, etc., and use letters or Chinese Pinyin to name the file, such as chengji.jpg or record.pdf. The uploaded file will appear on the web page, and can be deleted or re-uploaded.
Fifth: Upload HSK certificate Click "upload HSK certificate" on the left, file type uses *.jpg, *.gif or *.pdf, and use letters or Chinese Pinyin to name the file, such as hsk.jpg. The uploaded file will appear on the web page, and can be deleted or re-uploaded.
Sixth: Upload TOEFL or IELTS grade Click "TOEFL or IELTS grade" on the left, file type uses *.jpg, *.gif or *.pdf, and use letters or Chinese Pinyin to name the file, such as toefl.jpg. The uploaded file will appear on the web page, and can be deleted or re-uploaded.
Seventh: Upload your teacher's recommendation letter Click "teacher's recommendation letter" on the left, file type uses *.doc/*.pdf/*.jpg, etc., and use letters or Chinese Pinyin to name the file, such as letters01.pdf / letters02.pdf. The uploaded file will appear on the web page, and can be deleted or re-uploaded.
Eighth: Upload detailed research plan Click "research plan" on the left, file type uses *.doc/*.pdf/*.jpg, etc., and use letters or Chinese Pinyin to name the file, such as plan01.pdf / plan02.pdf. The uploaded file will appear on the web page, and can be deleted or re-uploaded.
Ninth: Upload personal digital certificate photo Click "upload your photo" on the left, file type uses *.jpg, and use letters or Chinese Pinyin to name the file. For example, copy of passport could be named photo.jpg or jack.jpg. The uploaded file will appear on the web page, and can be deleted or re-uploaded. The photo will fill in the form automatically in the "application form preview"
Tenth: Write the guardian guarantee statement form Pick either of the Chinese or English format, and please fill in complete information honestly and submit it.
Eleventh: Fill in personal resume
Twelve:Finish to put in After all application materials are submitted, click the button to put in system.The administrators will validate them and reply in the backstage registration management, and feedbacks will be sent to the e-mail address you log in during registration. |
